Added VDR 0.71 and Micronik support

A new XML-based channellist for the software we're developing that will run on the DBOX-2 and the DVB-S is currently being developed.
There will also be an open mySQL settings-database then.

3 Satellites, 10 provider-tags and 1475 programs found (894 tv- and 581 radio stations).
